Equip is our brilliant Bible & Leadership Academy. Ephesians 4:11 & 12 says, “Christ himself gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors & teachers to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up”. We recognise that if we’re going to fulfil our mandate to transform our towns, reach our region & win our world in Jesus’ Name, then we’ve got to equip God’s people effectively for works of service. We’ve got to raise & release people into ministry and that’s what Equip is all about. Equip is a 2 YEAR BIBLE & LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME designed to help people to build a solid biblical & theological foundation from which they can lead well not only in a church context, but also in life and in the wider community. |

Course Overview |

The course is delivered over two years, each with a specific focus of study. The first year of the course is all about identity, exploring who God is, who we are in light of who God is, and then finally, what actually is the Church? This first year is a great opportunity for you to grapple with some of the big questions of life and faith and hear from some amazing biblical teachers who unpack these big subject in a digestible way.
The second year of Equip begins to look at leadership, both individual and personal leadership, along with leading others in the current context of contemporary culture. This half of the course is not only aimed at those who consider themselves in 'church ministry', but is designed to help anyone that is looking to grow their own faith and ability to lead; whether that be personal leadership, through serving in the local church, or leading at home or work. £120 per term (£360/yr) |
